Since the publication of our first drone photography video in 2014, we have made many significant investments in technology to support our customers' increasingly advanced technology requirements.
Among the investments featured in our newest drone video:
- Aquastorm 200C Cleaning System - The 200C was developed specifically to clean BTC (Bottom Terminated Components) and Low-Profile Devices. Zentech specializes in the manufacture of highly complex, extremely dense printed circuit boards, most with hundreds of bottom terminated components. The Aquastorm 200C is a welcome upgrade contributing to Zentech's continued success in manufacturing mission and life critical electronics.
- Seica Pilot 4D V8 Flying Probe System - Featuring vectorless and in-circuit test, programming and functional testing, boundary scan test, medium/high volume capability with automatic load, testing of highly-integrated prototypes and high-mix products, the Pilot V8 also tests PCBA’s not designed for testing and has advanced reverse engineering capabilities.
- Advanced Conformal Coating Operations - For acrylic applications, Zentech has developed an automated process. By atomizing the acrylic into very fine, even-sized particles we can control the acrylic application thicknesses down to .1 mil (one-tenth of a mil). This atomization process allows for precise tuning of RF circuit card applications.
